Pursuant to Public Act 97-0609 (Illinois Compiled Statute 5 ILCS 120/7.3), which is part of the Open Meetings Act, the Total Compensation Package Chart for Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) employees that have a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year must be made available to the public. 

There are no employees at the Genoa Public Library District who receive a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year.

The term “total compensation package” is defined as the “payment by the employer to the employee for salary, health insurance, a housing allowance, a vehicle allowance, a clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days granted, and sick days granted.”
