Jen Barton began working for the Genoa Public Library in the fall of 2009 as a part-time staff member.  Within a year she was promoted to Children's Librarian and officially took over as Director in July 2011 when Susan Walker-Haemker retired.  She is married and has four kids.  She has been involved in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, AYSO, P.E.O., and is a member of the Plan Commission for the City of Genoa.  When Jen is not at the library, you can catch her sewing or knitting, gardening, or reading.
