Trustees serve six year terms; must live within the Genoa Public Library District; be a registered voter in DeKalb County; and are elected in the spring elections of odd numbered years.
Members of the Genoa Public Library District Board of Trustees are reimbursed for their actual and reasonable travel and other expenses in the performance of official District duties. Trustees receive no other compensation.
Genoa Public Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Genoa Public Library District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
